Suggestions:
Take small amount on fingers or cotton lint free pad and rub gel into tissue where pain occurs. Applying medium pressure using short strokes with fingers in linear strokes NOT circular. Joyful Gel will absorb into muscles and joints up to two inches deep lasting for hours depending on existing inflamation. Applications and Results
